Ragan joined Scott Jones Financial in 2026, bringing more than 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is passionate about building strong relationships and brings a service-oriented, client-focused approach to her work.
In her role as Insurance Operations Specialist, Ragan oversees new business processing and account servicing. Her experience, attention to detail, and focus on delivering consistent service help ensure that clients and advisors are well supported throughout the process.
Ragan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Belmont Abbey College in 2014 after beginning her college studies at UNC–Chapel Hill. She completed her degree while working full-time as a bank manager, reflecting her commitment to continuing her education while balancing her professional responsibilities.
A native North Carolinian, Ragan was born and raised in West Jefferson and remains close to her mountain roots. She and her husband, Chris, live in Charlotte with their two dogs and enjoy traveling, spending time with family in the mountains, and trips to the beach. During college basketball season, she can often be found cheering on the North Carolina Tar Heels.
